I decided to give Dominos a try after not having their pizza for several years. I had just gotten the new Shop Runner service and wanted to use the free delivery. I am vegan and I prefer to order online so my request for NO cheese is easy and clear. Their online site was fast and had some OK coupons. To note everything in their advertisement, follow up order tracker, order email and even the box is about having the best customer service. My pizza delivery took an hour which was 20 longer then the 30-40min estimation given. When I received my pizzas they all had a ton of cheese! Don't you think making 3 pizzas all ordered with out cheese would raise a flag somewhere to noticed this order was screwed up on all three pizzas? When I called to get this fixed I was forwarded to some corporate answering service. The guy couldn't do anything so I had to wait on hold with him until the actual store answered. The guy laughed and make a big huff about me ordering pizzas without cheese. He then offered to remake 2 pizzas and send them to my house again making an error with my order that there were three pizzas. I asked how long it would take because these pizzas took an hour. He told me it would be at least that long because his delivery driver just left. No offer of a discount, extras, even making them large. Just remake my pizza correctly with another hour wait. I just asked for a refund and then ordered from another delivery which delivered in 20min. With all that money on a Dominos relaunch you think they wouldn't be this bad.

Solid service, pretty quick, good for cheap, fast, but still tasty pizza. I recommend them if you have an event or sporting event at your house!

Ordered online and picked up at the store. Pizza and wings where both hot an fresh at pickup. Service was quick from online order to me picking it up was about 10 mins. First time having Dominos since they reformulated there pizza from the old cardboard tasting pizzas to this new one which was mighty tasty for a chain pizza. Hot wings I thought where very good. For a chain pizza joint I am now a fan of Dominos and the cost was good too.

Since the hubs and I, we're being über lazy on a Sunday afternoon, we decided to take advantage of the $12.99 one medium two topping pizza with 16 Parmesan bites and a 2 liter deal. The total came out to $16.40 and we ended up giving a $20. I really like the idea of the tracker and would love it if it updated as it went. I kept hitting the refresh button while it was on step 4( out of 5), and to my surprise, the delivery man was here. The toppings we got were pepperoni and bacon on our pizza and I have to say, the quality of the toppings seems to have gone down. It's been awhile since I've had dominos pizza and remember the quality tasting better than tonight's pizza. The Parmesan bites were okay but something I wouldn't order again. It was more salty than flavorful. The time we ordered was almost 7 and we got our pizza at 7:40. I worry whenever we order take out, mainly because you never know how the pizza is really prepped, and couldn't help but wonder if the taste was due to the ingredients or something else...if I'm in the pizza or über lazy to cook/drive, we'll probably get pizza elsewhere.

My favorite part of Domino's pizza is the crust (but this goes for all pizzas). I like the garlic on the crust, and the toppings are good. The actual pizza part is good, and the delivery speed is very fast.
